COUNTRIES WHOSE CITIZENS WITH COMMUN PASSPORTS DO NOT REQUIRE VISAS TO ENTER PARAGUAY

      • Nationals of these countries can entry Paraguay without a visa for a stay of up to 30 days.
      Paraguayan nationals who are holders of common passports need visa to enter Japan.

      Official Announcement of November 29, 2024, the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs abolished the need for visas in common passports on both sides. 

      For holders of diplomatic, official and ordinary passports of Taiwan, there is a visa exemption to enter Paraguayan territory for up to 90 days maximum for each trip. 

      Enter, leave, transit and stay in its territory without the entry requirement, for a period of maximum 90 days from the date of entry.

      Nationals of both Parties who wish to remain or reside in the territory of the other Party for more than 90 (ninety) days, or engage in lucrative, remunerated, study or other activities that, according to the laws of the country of entry, so require, must process the corresponding visa in accordance with the legislation of the country of entry before the respective diplomatic or consular representations.
